AGE : Children born on 1^st October 2017 to 31^st December 2018 (both days inclusive) are eligible to get the application form.

AREA: The people residing the following AREA are eligible to fill the    Application form for Junior K.G.

1. Before Gandhi Nagar signal.
2. Till Hiranandani
3. Kanjur West
4. Bhandup West
5. Before Bhandup Police Station.

Those outside these areas will not be considered.  Hence, please do not fill the form if you fail outside the designated area.

CHARGES: Online charges for Admission form Rs, 300/- (To be paid Online) These amount is only for application form fees. The application form is Not a Guarantee for admission. Online charges for the application form is Non-Refundable. Your ration card or Aadhar Card will be checked your area.

All Admission selection is done by the admission Panel. No Referrals or influence letters will be entertained.

Date and time for submission of Application form – parents will get SMS on Registered Mobile or email.

The Time of submission Application form – Along with Parents, child and original documents. Application form to be attached with photocopies of the documents.

3. Area: The people residing in the following areas are eligible to apply online.

v    Before Bhandup Police station.

4. Your Ration Card/Aadhaar card will be checked to ascertain your area.
5. Those outside these areas will not be considered for admission.
6. Upload/affix a recent passport size photograph of your child on the online application form.
7. A valid email-id is required for communication/edit options and parent’s mobile no.
8. RC / Christian (both):The completed form along with photocopy of the Aadhaar Card, Municipal/ Gram Panchayat Birth Certificate and Baptism Certificate to be attached with application form.
9. Siblings: The completed form along with the photocopy of the Ration Card/Aadhaar card, Municipal/ Gram Panchayat, Birth certificate and the first page of current school calendar of Brother/Sister studying in St. Xavier’s High School Bhandup (w) to be attached with application form and also carry current school calendar at the time of Submission. For Sibling admission is not guaranteed. It will be decided by the admission panel.
10. Please bring the original Documents for verification on the appointed date & time.
11. There should be no discrepancyin the name on the ration card/Aadhaar card and birth certificate.
12. Kindly note: Any kind of influences, be it letters or person will ensure disqualification of admission.
13. There are NO DONATION-LINKED ADMISSIONS. Beware of unscrupulous intermediaries/brokers, who for their personal gain, offer to intervene on your behalf. You could be deprived both of admission of your child as well as your hard earned money.
14. In order to tackle the menace intermediaries / brokerstaking advantage of gullible parents, any attempt to bring influence will disqualify candidature. You bringing to the notice of the admission panel, any information that will help us keep the admission process free from intermediaries, will be treated with utmost confidence and will not jeopardize your child’s admission.
15. On account of inadequate good quality schools, the numbers of applications that we receive are well in excess of the number of children that we can admit. While we do understand your concern as a parent, we trust you will appreciate our constraints in case your child is not admitted. After announcement of the admissions (as all seats would be filled up), it would not help to seek an appointment to put forward your case for special consideration.Your co-operation and understanding would be appreciated.
16. Incomplete form will be rejected.
17. Application form will notbe accepted after the mentioned date & time.
18. Please take printout of application form after completion.
19. Submission of application form you will get SMS on your registered mobile number or email.
